I'm surprised at how long BP has let the fake Twitter account "BPGlobalPR" last. It's become more popular than BP's actual Twitter account.
The mockitter does get a powerful point across; in a crisis, the best thing a company can do is ramp up its PR, otherwise someone else will do it for you and probably not that way you would like.
